Welcome to Omaha UFO Study Group
This group was started back in 2010 when Nebraska MUFON, Iowa MUFON, and the University of Omaha at Nebraska UFO study group came together. Since the University and MUFON have restrictions around what they affiliate themselves with, it was decided to start a community organization that can benefit all the interests of the groups, but also act independently of their restrictions. Thus this group was formed with Steve Snodgrass as the president! Since we get to decide the rules, we have opened up research into any and all fields and have started to collect what we can into this organization.
Things we do:
1. Weekly Meetings

-We do meetings every 3rd Saturday, 10am to 12pm, online zoom and in-person at the University of Nebraska at Omaha CPACS building, in the common rooms.
-We cover local UFO news, community projects, national news, MUFON news, and anything else.
2. Community Presentations

-We have done presentations at universities, banks, restaurants, libraries, community venues, retirement homes, etc.
-We cover topics such as:
Abductions, UFO Evidence, Science of Reverse Engineering UFO drives, Bigfoot, Paranormal(ghosts), ESP, etc.
-We have speakers for just about anything.
3. Documentation / Storage

-We have amassed a collection of UFO materials from the public over the past 16 years with many original pieces of investigations, books, dvds, vhs, magazines, and other documents.
